Mr. R. Ramakrishnan - Managing Director
	Illustrious career spanning over 3 decades with leading organizations such as MICO, Addison & Co., Carborundum Ltd. and Sanmar Group in areas ranging from Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, International Business, Head of Operations etc.
	Has an excellent track record of strategizing and driving successful projects and turnarounds; building manufacturing operational excellence, process and quality systems and organizational capabilities.
	Previously Chief Executive Officer of a Joint Venture of engineering companies of Sanmar Group.
	B.Com., Diploma in Mechanical Engg., Post-Graduation in Business Management.

Mr. T. C. S. Reddy - Director (Technical)
	Extensive experience spanning three deacades in Sugar Industry in various capacities
	Earlier President (Sugar Division) of Company, knowledgeable in all aspects of sugar business
	Memberships in National Sugar Institute - Kanpur, Sugar Technologists Association of India, Life Member - South Indian Sugar Cane and Sugar Technologists Association
	B. E. (Mech.), ANSI (Sugar Engg.) from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur

Mr. Krishnan Kumar - CFO
	A Commerce Graduate & Charted Accountant (1986 batch).
	He has over 19 years of working experience in various industry segments like Tyres, FMCG and Textiles both in India and overseas. His last assignment was as General Manager with Kewalram group in Philippines.
