The Company has informed the Stock Exchanges that GMR
Holdings Pvt. Ltd ('GHPL'), promoter and holding Company of
GMR Industries Limited has purchased 8,14,312 Equity Shares
of Rs. 10/- each through open market purchase in normal
segment, thus increasing their stake from 70.77% to 74.84%
of the paid up capital.
This is a significant move which
reinforces the promoters’ commitment to and the confidence
